My work on this,watch is done and thank you to everyone for the compliments, very much appreciated, and thanks goes to Bob for the challenge, and from what I know we don't know exactly where it was found or at what depth either sorry...

Amazing job. The original dial was toast and had to go but it's incredible how well the plates and case cleaned up. The original steel parts and screws were most likely destroyed by electrolysis between them and the brass plates. Very nice work.
