The Watch Factory That Didn't Happen "Click" to Login or Register

I hope this is readable, because I think it is pretty interesting. Here are a few articles that appeared in the Bloomington, Illinois newspapers in 1882. The first, in several parts, is from the Pantagraph July 28:

This, according to Eugene Fuller, was the proposed factory that ended up in Peoria in 1885.

Looking back over this I see that I have the segments miserably out of sequence, but still, I think it is understandable. I hope the readers find it interesting.
