One of our local 185'ers introduced me to his friend, son of Wallace B. Adams, Santa Fe and Union Pacific certified RR Watch inspector, Exeter, CA c.a. 1922-197x.

Mr. Adams Jr. showed me about 30 watches from his father's "stash" which include a working Pre-Revolutionary war Verge Escapement watch, a "Palmer Watch Co., Waltham MA, (D.D. Palmer), some "real nice" RR watches and other various and "keepworthy" timepieces.

A couple things;
1. Please add his name to the RR Inspector's file
2. Don't hold your breath but I hope to bring pictures when I catalogue these beauties.
