These are excellent sources. Also, I must add one more that you can try if you have a video camera with "macro-zoom" (because I use it for all my "serious" stuff).
I use a Sony video camera with Macro-zoom! It takes excellent "still" shots, and in Macro-Zoom mode can focus on the hairs in a fly's eye.
In Macro-Zoom it operates from about 3 feet away from the subject giving room for lighting needed to eliminate "noisy" reflections. BEST OF ALL it has a No "Jiggle" wireless remote shutter control!
