A friend of mine inherited a size 16 Equity watch from his grandfather. What information can you tell me about it. It also came with a neat travel carrying case.

Hey Ernie, Your watch is made by the American Waltham Watch Co.,and the serial number dates it to 1917. It is listed as a 16and1/2 size. Hope this helps.

Your friend has a really nice item, Ernie....Thanks to Cecil at least he now knows who made it and a little something about this Travel Watch.... I have three or four travel type items and think they are special....
