Need identifying this Hampden movement "Click" to Login or Register
posted
Today I am a little bit lazy searching the web.

For a friend I need to identify this Hampden
a 1893/94 hunter 17j (don't know the size).

Does anyone know the model(grade) ?

Thanks in advance

Regards
Gerald

Gerald,

Your friend's Hampden watch 819890 should be a 16-size, 17-Jewel, Hunter, with Nickel Plates, Model 2, Lever-Set, Adjusted, Grade Number 108 with a "D" (Dueber) in the flag as verified in your image. This is from page 130 of the Hernick-Arnold Hampden book which is the recognized authority on these watches.
