There appears to be a tiny slit/gap in the cannon pinion - any thoughts on why or what these go to? Roughly 4.43 mm long gear is 3.38 mm wide | ||||

This is the FIRST time I ever saw a Cannon pinion split allo the way through the bottom hub! Must have had an interesting intermediate wheel or mebbe these are for stopwatches. Nice collection of minute hands. No idea what watch movement used a Cannon pinion cut like this . . . | |||
