I know all cases are not exactly the same size, but can someone tell me a close fit crystal size for a model 14 Illinois bunn special.

Thanks in advance,
Tim

Tim, Actual size graduations of crystals are in 0.016 Inch increments and the required crystal size depends completely on the case maker and construction. Even with that two identical cases can as easily have two different size crystals.

We have a couple members who have crystals available but they will ask for the size first

A method of measuring watch cases for crystal size is discussed at another post;

Tim,

David is giving you very good advice.

If you measure, then order crystals you might need to get the size you think it is and also the size above as well as the one below. And after all that bother and expense you still might not have a proper fit. Unless you plan to change a lot of crystals the best ploy is send your bezel to someone like William White for a proper and precise installation.

To make this happen call 415 255 8045 or email info@whitescrystals.com for information.

Thanks Dave and Lindell,

William has done work for me before and is always top notch (second to none).

Best Regards,
Tim
