Here is a 16j Railway king with the choo choo dial i have 2 of these same movement and dial on both.

Cool dial Joe! Usually they have the 13-24 numbers in little cartouches superposed on the Roman numerals. Never saw them radially oriented in the outer chapter before.

I've posted this before. A nice transitional movement but a gorgeous custom dial (probably Ohara)in a heavy 14K gold case.

I spent some time this evening picking out some outstanding Columbus watches for the Exhibit at the Symposium tomorrow in Cleveland. Included will be the 25 Jewel Railway King and both HC and OF examples of the 21 Jewel New Columbus Ruby (In addition to my grade 18).
