Your movement number C192294 is from the late 1947 to early 1948 time-frame. At that point the Hamilton-Keystone Case A (and the 11 which was also from Keystone and used the same numbering system) would still have shoulders on either side of the pendant, that did not change to "no shoulders" until about the end of 1948 production. This is also when the Hamilton change-over to those dreaded
melamine dials began, the 151 being one of their earliest. A very important piece of information you did not provide is your case number, please do provide it for the record. But with what we have to go on and all the above understood and taken into consideration I would say if you have a high shouldered Case A with K-prefix numbers something like K170000 through 190000 range it would tend to fit fairly well with documented examples we have recorded with movement numbers not far distant from yours.
