I have this 19j, Illinois with a missing bow. My question is: are replacements available for this and does it require a special tool?  | ||

Fitting a good wire replacement bow is pretty easy when you have the parts and a bow pliers. For one of us to help you get a bow, we need you you to measure the width of the neck where the bow will "socket" into the two holes that hold it to the neck. | |||

The measure is .492 inches. That is the outside, not inside the sockets. I have another that is .416 in. | |||
