Where can I look for a set of hand pushers for pocket watch hands? I see pushers from current suppliers, i.e. CasKer; would I do better buying from them, or are there pushers specifically for pocket watch hands? Let's not forget the size found in key wind watches.

Ken, The "book" says to put the hands on using a staking set to properly support the other end of the Main wheel arbor so that you do not damage the main wheel pivot bearings or jewels. This has a lot of merit, but takes more time to set up.
That said, there is a hand setting tool that looks sort of like the old comic book advertised "blackhead remover" that you can (and I sometimes do) use to set the hands after they are positioned on the canon pinion (minute) or hour wheel sleeve. Be careful, though.
The few times I have to set the minute hand on a Key wind watch, I use the hand setting key as a press, as the diameter across the square hole is usually too large for anything else conveniently close at the moment.
