Here's a Ball Watch Co. Loaner that I've run across in person, but am not sure of in print. I know little about Ball watches. Is this a so-so timepiece or one I should go after for some amount?

Here are the details for the serial number:

Grade: Official Standard
Manufactured by Waltham, Official Railroad Standard, Railroad Brotherhood Abbreviation, Mixed Run

Movement Serial Number: B220171
Estimated Production Year: 1907
Run Quantity: 6400
Size: 16s
Jewels: 21j
Movement Configuration: Openface
Movement Finish: Nickel
Model: 1899
Movement Setting: Lever
Plate: Unknown Plate
Adjusted: Yes
Adjusted to Positions: 5
Adjusted to Temperature: Yes
Railroad Grade: Yes
Notes: Manufactured by Waltham, Official Railroad Standard, Railroad Brotherhood Abbreviation, Mixed Run

I don't have good photos of it, but I can put a few up...
