The Getty movements were often unmarked, especially in the "lower" jewelling. As so many of them were Private lebelled, I expect that also made it much easier to pull one from stock and quickly add a name. Some of this grade were named "Railroad Dispatcher Extra', and the last run of 900 in 1911 were "Burlington Special".
Yours is made in 1902, one of 13,800 grade 183 movements made in 47 production lots within s/n 1,393,701 - 2,340,000 from 1897-1911.
Grade 183 was listed as "unadjusted" and also noted as some being "unmarked".
Acceptable time accuracy depended only on factory standard production quality, but the selling Watchmaker could certainly have brought it in better.
