That looks like the Hayden W Wheeler mark. If so,it is 14K gold.

Andy if it is a Hayden Wheeler mark. Then the case is worth 2 to 3 times gold value. if someone is lucky enough to Hayden Wheeler movement.

Of coarse I'm sure you have already knew that.
