Anyone know what movement this dial would be on. Was there a movement marked the same or was it something they just put on a standard 17-21 jewel movement.

In the Illinois Blue book it lists.

Southern Special Dial. 16sz Double Sunk $50-$75.

Also Southern Special, M.C. Newton. RRG 18sz 17 Jewel Hunter Grade 65.
It also states a 16sz Southern Special has been found on unmarked Grade 304.

How about a photo of the back of the dial.
