Here’s a well traveled Hamilton. Notice the 968 stamp is newer compared to the rest. The dial fits era for the ending time at Hamilton’s finishing Dept. Case is original 25yr Philadelphia GF case. Here is what was sent to me out of the Hamilton ledger.... 11/19/1903: The movement was finished. 11/23/1903: The movement was sold to “Allord Geo.” From New York. ?/31/04: It appears the movement was returned to Hamilton 6/10/05: The movement is resold to Bowler & Burdick Co. in Cleveland, Ohio. ?: (Unable to read date) It appears the movement was returned again. 10/19/08: Sold again to Smith Patterson Co. in Boston, Mass. | |||

Very nice , Do you think hamilton stamped the grade on it ? I have heard of them reselling returned watches , I wonder how many times that happened. | ||||
