You will find a very fine 16s Waltham Premium Grade 21 Jewel 5 adj. Crescent Street that I have personally inspected and fine nearly flawless. A nice "extra" is the fairly scarce "dog-bone" signatured 20 year Watch Case likely original to this 1928 vintage Railroad Grade watch.
