Any ideas what it is off, in great condition, feet 19,36,55. Dia 42mm, anyone got the rest to complete the project?,

It is a Elgin 16s probably early 40's. These came on the 16s BW Raymond military watches with the center seconds bit. Cool dial but kind of hard to find a watch for.
