I recently purchased a Paillard Non-Magnetic that was made by Illinois (1280003). I took it apart to give a good cleaning and check the numbers. When I looked at the pillar plate the following picture is what I saw. All damaskeen patterns line up and all other parts have the correct number on them... Must have been a party friday or a hung-over monday at the Illinois factory.. (My bet is on a hung-over Monday)
