Hairspring help "Click" to Login or Register
posted
I have a Columbia 6s that has been cleaned and re-assembled. The problem I have is getting the hairspring flat. It is rubbing on the balance cock. I have tried a couple of these and ruined them. Hands a little too old and shaky Frown. I have put too much work into this to just give it up. Anyone care to help? My e-mail is on my profile, or woodworker_61@verizon.net. Please give me a ballpark estimate. Thanks...Paul
