Keith, I have a case with the same markings #62989 with a Waltham Mvt. #6707514 w 24hr dial which was made about 1896.

This 1890 ad cut is as close as I have come to an ID.

The case has that same annoying inside thread yet the markings are slightly different. I suspect that is AWCCo. above the word PREMIER which is enclosed in a rectangle and the winged wheel is slightly different.
