As many of you know I don't collect Waltham. Nothing personal I just can't collect everything. I bought a group of watches a few weeks back and this Appleton Tracy was in there. I will keep it for now but does anyone have the hour hand that will match the minute had that I can buy?

Thanks

The movement number would help in this.

Hi Harry,

Might have one of those laying around, have a couple of these movements. I'm at work at present, will look when I get home. If you can not find one closer to home, I will send this over if you do not mind the wait for it to arrive?

Best Regards,
Bila

Harry, what you have there is a closed morning glory hand. I have a nos set of hour and minute, open morning glory hands, if you can use them, e-mail me.

Hi Bila,

I don't mind waiting but I don't want you to break up a set in order to sell me one. It would be great if you had an extra or I could by the set.

Thanks.

Harry, I have found those movements, have a very nice set of 'open morning glory hands' the same as yours and actually from an Appleton Tracy, a little blueing missing on the thin stem near the canon pinion end, still look very nice. Also do you need the second hand as it is in great condition as well?

Cheers,
Bila

Hello Bila,

If you want to get rid of the second hand I will take it also. I have a second hand but I have another 18 Waltham that needs a second hand.

Thanks mate I will email you my address and make arrangement s for payment. (you didn't know I could speak Australian did you)

Harry
