What better time than 2004 Christmas holidays to show your Buck - watchcase that is! She's no Rudy since she has no red nose but still may entice holiday spirit in the world of antique pocket watches!

Here's a look!

Stephanie & Jim,
I took that picture about 2 months ago, I'd estimate I was about five feet away from him. We have a bunch of bucks just like the one shown that we regularly feed, quite often by hand. Right now they're all a bit skittish since it's in the middle of rutting & hunting season.

Hi Dave,
That's awesome! Can't blame them for being skiddish at this time. Deer season, how could anyone harm them. Frown

Hi David J.
What a beautiful case. The detail in the engraving is remarkable. May I ask what's inside? Anyone care to guess before David responds?

Others with Bucks? Big ones, little ones? Big Grin

Hi Steph,

As with a lot of solid gold hunters, there is nothing fancy under the hood of mine. A clean, 18 size, 15J, Grade 80, Signed "H.H. Taylor" Elgin. Nice, heavy 14K case though.

A little late but here it is mine. This is the Rockford I got from mi amigo Lindell. It is really a nice case and waiting for restoration (number 5 in the line, unfortunately "too many watches, to little time" as Andy Krietzer says, ok he is in clocks but anyways)
