Here is an Elgin grade 283 which was a lever set conversion from an Elgin grade 148 pendant set 17 jewel adjust movment. Like the 21j grade 150 it was also converted on the fly with about 315 total being shown as being converted. When they were converted they were also given adjusted to 3 position status making them RR approved.

The dial is a bit different because it says Elgin Special in block letters, it appears to be a legit Elgin DS dial with a different signature.
