Surviving records of grading and Jewel count for Rockford watches indicates little Jeweling detail below S/N233,000. Clearly yours which is a Model 2 Lever Setting Hunting movement with at least 11 Jewels. You will need to remove the dial to see if those 4 top jeweled wheels are also jeweled on the dial plate which would confirm that it is 15 Jewel.

Jon, I have a Rockford from the same time range and it is an 11 Jewel even with mounted Jewels and a Micro-regulator. That is why you must look under the dial to confirm there any more than 11 Jewels on yours. I might add that yours is a very fine piece regardless of the Jewel count.
