Greg, not seeing the Hallmark on this case,I can't say who the maker is. But the 3 below the S/N
signifies a weight of 3 ounces. Nice case.

There is a mark in the shield but I have been unable to identify it. Here is a photo. Any information will be helpful. Thanks, Greg

Bojar case comp from Providence RI
circa 1931 to 1940s
and is silver as you know.
