Straighten me out on the straight line dial signature.

Read the bottom where there are some links.

Here is some photos of my second 21 Jewel Fish Scale Bunn special. And yes I am proud of it. A hard one to find. Yes the case is Gold Toned. Maybe plated.

Did any one notice the dial on the top one is off center. I'll have to check to see if the dial is correct or not.

Serial # 2600973, and Serial # 2688347 Both from 1914. That is the date I came up with.

Ok the Dial is wrong on the 2nd one I bought. It needs to be a straight line.

To answer your question, the arched Illinois dial signature was phased in starting in 1915, with a complete transition by 1917 to 1920 timeframe, mostly depending on the type of dial.
