This dial was tossed in with the pocket watch cases I received yesterday. The dial has a few hair lines and only 1 dial foot. Does this dial still hold any value? Thanks, Joey

AS long as there are no bad chips or missing enamel the dial is acceptable for use, until you find that perfect one. Soaked in a cup of dish soap for a couple of days the hairlines clean up and become less visible. You really only need 2 dial feet and replacement dial feet are available. File as needed and use with a bit of epoxy. Dial screw don't have be tight: the dial is not going to fall off, tight enough so the dial doesn't rattle. Too tight dial screws stress the enamel and can cause hairlines.
