here is a picture of 2 keywind watches the one on the right is a wm. ellery ser#58651 the one on the left is marked Union watch co. new york..

they look like they were both made by the same co.

The Union is a Swiss fake.. The reason they call them that, is they were made to look like an American Watch, namely the Waltham Mdl 57 most often..The big give away is the gilding on the Swiss fake.. Nice early Ellery..
