Are the subject Howards a RR grade watch? These 16s movements are identified in Shugarts book as having 17j, and DR. I don't know if they are lever or pendent set. They have the slant parallel DMK. They evidently are adjusted 5 positions, but I have never seen one that is marked "5 positions"; it seems like it should be something they would want to state on the plate. Again, are these RR grade movements?
