Looks nice. The regulator needs to be put back in the groove of the adjusting wheel. It probably needs service since the regulator is moved all the way to the fast position. BTW...I am currently in Chile visiting family

Hi Renato,Hope this helps:Your watch was made in 1909,Grade 378,17 jewels.It is number 136 0f 4905 in the first run of grade 378 and these were only made for 2 years.Regards,Norm

Renato, There was only 5,000 of this watch ever made. That means there are probably less than 500 in the world today. It is a valuable and "proud to wear" collectible of best quality Men's watch.
Elgin made this watch as a piece of beautiful art and a very high quality time piece.
The adjustment suggests that you should have it cleaned if you want to carry it as a "best friend" for time.
