Hi all I just got a Waltham.
but need more info looks like size 18
I try to put new hands but the sz 18 will not fit.
Also the dial looks not like any I have seen
upside down # .

You have an eminently restorable and collectible watch! It is a very scarce (maybe rare) Waltham "Non-Magnetic", Position Adjusted, 15 Jewel Crescent Street from a 500 Piece run made in 1892 and fitted with an early Waltham "Railroader" style Dial. Soon after your dial was made, Waltham slightly re-styled this dial and made it in metal with a plated and painted number finish.

I believe the correct hands should be medium Breguet spade style.
