Leather PW lanyard-belt style "Click" to Login or Register
posted
Just to confirm the functionality of the leather lanyard.
I have a couple of PW belt style chains that I was not real comfortable wearing and after seeing an example of the leather style posted here on IHC I thought that was the way to go.
Had this one made by a local leather artisan and am very happy with the result.
8 inches in length, the braiding is 3/8 inches round and sinew to piece together.

That is sturdy, looks good and perfect function. Surely many people used leather, it was available.
The working man's chain.
That leather is online for reasonable cost, woven or strips.
Like to know more about sinew.
And of course, having one of the nicest PWs helps.
Thanks
Mike
