Howard Series 3 16s SR Balance Staff "Click" to Login or Register

I don't know anything about Howard's but I have a series 3 16s SR (I think) that has a bad balance staff. I was told it ran when I purchased it but it arrived with a broken balance staff. Is it very hard to find a balance staff for this movement. If it will not be hard to find I will keep it.
