I have had serveral converstions with Dave and he worked on a 19j 645 for me, I'll post pics once I take the time to put it back in its case, and he is more than charitable with his time and knowledge. But, not to take anything away from Dave, I find that in most of the members here. It is a pleasure to be a memeber her.

My living near Dave allows me to see him often. It is always a Delight to visit and educational to boot. A fine Gentleman indeed along with his cohort Earl.

It was just over a year ago the Dave invited me to join our group. Since then I have learned a great deal and met some great folks. Thanks Dave.

I've had at least 20 watches serviced and/or repaired by Dave Abbe -- and many a very pleasant conversation with him by phone. He is an absolutely mint, solid gold, 21 jewel, double roller masterpiece.

I have to chime in. Dave is a great teacher, an expert at watch repair, great to speak to on the phone, and one of this site's most valuable assets.

We are all lucky to have him.

I'm happy to chime in here. Yesterday, I received back two watches that Dave cleaned up, got running and made pretty as they day they were purchased. Fantastic work every time and a heck of a good guy to deal with. It's great seeing how many people appreciate you Dave!
