Can anyone help me I have acquired a sterling silver pocket watch as you can see from the pic's
I think it has a date of around 1727, Chester, Thomas Peter Hewitt,it has glass missing and pin for opening the case
any HELP PLEASE.

For Windows, there is no better free image editing software than Irfanview I have used this for many years.

Ohh dear , I just read the info about picasa , leave it to me to pick a loser !

Same here William, I've been using Irfanview for years too, and that's the one I prefer over any others I've seen.
