What Illinois watch would this dial have been on?

With out dial feet location. A nearly impossible question to answer. My guess would be a late dated Sangamo Special. If it is a porcelain dial.

I believe that is the only watch that would of had a single sunk porcelain dial

According to the eBay listing, the dial feet are located at 18.5, 38.5 and 58 minute marks.

They are pretty typical to an illinois grade 167. Very similar to the sangamo dial as Eugene points out. Heck, I think they'd interchange, although I think you would see the difference when looking at size as this is a 16s dial and wouldn't cover the entire face of a 17s sangamo.
