This is listed as a one star watch in the guide, which according to their system it would mean 2500 or so of these exist. Apparently the star is based on the loaner case but I doubt if 2500 of these ever were made.

The dial has one hair line below the seconds chapter ring.

The case back is marked Ball Watch Co. Cleveland 10, it appears to be in the same design as the other loaner I own & the same as others I have seen on the web.

Yes, I just got it today, I am sure I paid more than it is worth but I thought how many time will you find a Ball in a Ball loaner case.

It also came with a box, that I need to post too.

Tom,

Nice catch. I really like the loaner case. I am still looking for an Illinois loaner watch.

I will keep an eye open for you, they guy that I bought this one from is going to be selling a BW Raymond Elgin loaner, perhaps this week. His elderly father is selling off his collection.

Great watch, Tom!! And the box, too. I think you did very well as the loaner cases don't come up very often.

Tom, Nice pick-up. It's not often you see these come up in that nice of condition.
