This is one I have not seen before. It’s a 12size Elgin serial number 16722018.It is a 15 jewel movement. Nothing unusual about an Elgin 12 size you say, How about a 12 size two-tone movement. This is one I have not seen before and I would love to here from anyone who can shed some light on it. The case and dial are also interesting. The dial and hands came with the watch. The watch came in a monitor case similar to the monitor case it is in now. I have had this case for years. It is new old stock and has never had a watch in it.
