Does any one know of a good data base for Howard
pocket watch identification? I have the current
Price Guide to Watches by Engle/Gilbert.
But it is quite brief, seemingly incomplete.

Tom --
Which Howard timepieces are you referring to:

Old, class-warfare Howard or nouveau, progressive Keystone Howard?
Pre-1903 Howard or post-1903 Keystone-Howard?
Custom made or nearly-so or assembly-line?
Odd-(letter)-sized or standard sized?
Difficult to distinguish between original and messed up by someone, or straightforward and easily repairable?

I have one 40 page Howard catalog reprint showing most all the Keystone Howard series. You can have that for $20.00 Postage incl. Just contact me at: david@glopar.com

Better descriptions of the galaxy of different pocket watches made by the Clock and watch maker Mr. E, Howard himself might be found in one of Roy Ehrhard't's Watch encyclopedias.
