Mike, Congratulations, you found a lever set Waltham 16s 17J Ball Official Railroad Standard watch c.a. 1907. If the case is marked "Ball Model" on the inside of the back cover, you have a complete "triple signed" Ball Railroad watch that in reasonably good condition should have a collector value of $300.00+. | |||
