Tom BrownHamilton 950 Completed
I got my 950 back together, it is serial number 753829. The case only has case screw marks for a 950 so perhaps this is the original case. The case back has a line of jewelers marks so it appears it was take care of in it's life time.
The dial is a four foot dial with one hairline near the number 7.
I bought this to resell so probably after the new wears off I will put it up for auction.
I had posted a topic questioning if all 950's had the ratchet wheel cover & posted some Hamilton ads I had found elsewhere on this site showing the 950 minus the cover.
The link to that topic is;

Claude GriffithNice looking watch, the gold crown on the winding wheel looks better than the recessed washer type.

David AbbeThat looks like it has a fine stack of RR service marks on the inside back cover too!

Tom BrownYeah, David, there was quite a row of them plus a few others scattered about the case back.

Claude GriffithI wondered how often the checks were recorded on the inside of the watch (appears to be the case with this watch) and how many watches were tracked by printed cards?
