From time to time you see this model Hampden show up on Ebay and if the price does not get too crazy I will bid on them. I recently picked up one that is a bit strange, nothing strange about the movement but someone in the past put it into a Burlington 14K 25yr Gold Strata case. The case is brass and ding free but has a nice engraving "American Legion" and US in the center and should have a nice 21j Burlington movement rather than a Hampden. The movement has the later single sunk bold numbers marked "Dueber Hampden" which is correct for later model 5, 19/21/23 jewel 16 sizes. I will have to find a more correct case for the Hampden and more correct movement for the Burlington case.

OF or hunter? I'm looking for a Burlimgton hunter case. I think I have a 10K ygf Dueber case with an Illonois 305 hanging out in it.
