Just thought I would post a couple of photos of this Sangamo Special I put back together.

It looks pretty neat to me but it a kind of put together watch.

The movement is all original & all the numbers on every part from the barrel cover to the balance wheel match. But when I got it, it had a metal Illinois dial & a snap on bezel case.

I put the dial & case I had bought a while back that were on a Burlington movement.

It is running great with an error rate of 0.8 seconds a week.

It is serial number 4166371 which shows it as made in 1923, there were 4 runs with 6100 total made.

The dial seems to fit well for it not being a 17s dial & I was surprised that it fit in the case.
