I have this one and a smaller one. the small one
says Martin FILS #42.Garantie and has a B in the center and the larger one has a L in the center # 60. It also says Martin FILS and made in Switzerland. They are quite sturdy tools.

its screw tap or retap tool if screw threads get worn out or cross threaded very handy tool
