Best advertisement on e-Bay I ever saw said "watch winds, but doesn't tick. May need servicing".

I saw one where the seller had 'NOS' in the heading description and looked at it assuming New Old Stock.

Further into the description he expanded on the term saying it was Not Often Seen.

Also, 'wants to run' is always good for a chuckle.
