"Harbor Freight" (internet has the same name) sells some very nice steel "Key Storage" cabinets for about $30 each that can be "dressed to look like electrical fuse boxes and have LOCKS! Nice for "trading stock"

They are thin enough so the door frame clearance is undisturbed. They are "part of the wall", a couple "High Voltage" stickers, and the Hit-Run types may not be very interested.
