Here is a rare watch it is a 922 Hamilton 18sz that is was made for Mermord Jaccard. I know there are some real hamilton Guru's. How many of these 922 where made for Mermord Jaccard. It is in a 14kt Blaur case that is marked 14kt.

I come up with a number of 999 total 922 is this correct. Seems like low production for only 2 star. I guess it was not railroad grade.

Gene, the Hamilton ledger says this one was finished 10-8/1903 and shipped to Mermod Jaccard 10/19/1903. By my count from the ledgers approximately 57 went to Mermod Jaccard, 18 went to the Eisenstadt Mfg. Co., St. Louis and all of the rest of the 1000 went to the Montreal Watch Case Company in Montreal. The last 922's were shipped out in November 1904.

It is a beauty and indeed a "Rare Bird".

How many of the other members have 922 in there collection as I would love to see some more photos of other watches.
