I am a newbie and haven't seen this arrangement before in activating the pendant-set gear train. I need a stem with a slightly smaller second shoulder just below the shoulder that contacts the latch spring. This shoulder lifts up the arched piece in the picture and meshes the setting gears. Please help me find the proper stem or locate someone to fit one to my case.Thanks..............Keith
